(Photo by John Moore/Getty Images) HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The old Dillard's at Valley Vista Mall will soon become the Rio Grande Valley's second Murdoch's Ranch And Home Supply store. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation website, the was the last known tenant for the location at 2004 S. Expressway 83. The privately funded project has an estimated cost of $2,900,000 and will begin construction in January 2024.
