The Indiana State Men's Basketball team will embark on a new season this upcoming fall, where many students and fans are excited to see the trees back in action since losing in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament last March. Many of the Sycamore athletes are excited, pumped up, and hungry to get things rolling. Indiana State lost many key players from last season's team, with notable names being Cooper Neese and Courvoisier McCauley, but still had their most successful season since 2011. Heading into Josh Schertz' third season as the Sycamore's head coach, he brings with him multiple key contributing returners, such as big man Robbie Avila and defensive machine Julian Larry.
