H-E-B is opening a store in Cibolo on Wednesday, its first in the fast-growing city northeast of San Antonio. An e-commerce facility that will be used to fill curbside pickup and home-delivery orders is also in the works for the location. The 110,000-square-foot store at 850 FM 1103 has a bakery, Sushiya station, Meal Simple and Cooking Connection areas, a pharmacy with a drive-thru and a brand shop with H-E-B-themed merchandise. It opens at 6 a.m. Wednesday. 'We're excited to get the doors open,' store leader Jamie Pomykal said during a pre-opening tour today.
