A 130-year-old King William home has hit the market for $2.3 million. Built in 1893, the rambling two-story Victorian Haarmann/Goethe House home on 331 Adams St. has a brick and arched facade that is 'filled with history as well as beauty,' wrote Debra Maltz, an agent with Kuper Sotheby's International Realty, on the property's listing. Part of that history involves John Angerstein, the 'baron of Adams Street,' according to a 1983 Texas Monthly article headlined 'The Snootiest Neighborhood in San Antonio.
