Competition was at its best during the 38th Annual Noche de Gala Competencia de Vocalista Contest held Saturday at Texas Lutheran University's Jackson Auditorium. A total of 19 contestants from around the state. Participants also came out on Friday and Saturday to showcase their talents during the inaugural Juan Seguin Festival del Mariachi Showcase and Master Classes. The trio of event is hosted annually by Teatro De Artes De Juan Seguin.
