LA CROSSE (WKBT) - Gundersen Health System is helping people with diabetes or chronic pain manage a healthy lifestyle.Starting in February, workshops called Healthy Living with Chronic Pain and Healthy Living with Diabetes.The 6-week series of virtual workshops will educate people on how to manage diabetes and chronic.Gundersen Health Wellness Education Specialist Shayna Schertz says that it's a great way for people to connect with others going through similar situations. "It's always nice to relate to others going through similar situations," said Schertz.
