Local authorities are searching for answers on the anniversaries of two San Antonio-area cold cases. San Antonio police are looking for the person who fatally shot 40-year-old Scott Carter last year. On March 11, Carter was in the 500 block of Storeywood Drive preparing to go to work when an unknown person approached and shot him . Police said a recent model black Ford F-150 Crew Cab pickup truck dropped off the killer before the shooting and picked up the person after. The truck was described as having chrome wheels and a chrome running board.
