Regal is finally planning to upgrade Cielo Vista. Courtesy of Google EarthA 22-year-old movie theater near Ingram Park Mall is slated for an estimated $7 million worth of upgrades. Regal Cielo Vista's movie theater seating will be converted into "premium seating" in 17 auditoriums, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.Cielo Vista opened in June 2000, according to Express-News archives. The upgrades are slated for completion in 2023. Regal makes its move as Santikos upgrades a former Alamo Drafthouse location.
